Benefits of training & Licensing The training adjusts to meet the needs of Christians with different goals , including: · Christians who want to be better equipped to minister to those need counsel. · Pastors who want to learn how to counsel members of their community who are experiencing problems. · Christians who want to be credentialed and enter the field of counseling as a profession. · Professional counselors who want to be A.P.S. (Arno Profile Systems) certified and learn a Biblically-based counseling model with proven success. · Learn and master the most effective, successful counseling model which includes your certification to administer and interpret the results of temperament analysis you will use in counseling efforts. · Candidates may enter at any academic or experience level. Student enrollment includes Pastors, lay counselors, Missionaries, medical and other professional personnel, small group ministry leaders, music ministers, as well as State licensed professional counselors. · The N.C.C.A. certifies and licenses qualified candidates, while many other programs are certificate only programs. · Obtain credentials that are recognized within the Christian and non-Christian communities. (C.T.C., C.P.C., L.P.C., L.C.P.C., L.C.C.C., and Board Certification in specialty areas, i.e. Marriage and Family Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Addictions, etc.) · With your credentials, you are enabled to be remunerated (paid) for your counseling services when used in conjunction with a church(es), outreach ministries, or non-profit 501(c)3 Christian organizations. · Degree Transfer Program: Earn your next level academic degree after Certification.
